Data Pro strives to provide the best technical Support for our customers. And according to them we do very well at it. We often have customers call use asking questions about other peoples software explaining that “the other vendors are just to hard to get a hold of”.
We offer customer maintenance and support contracts to all of our users. These annual contracts allow users to call with any questions they have about Data Pro software. It also entitle them to free updates and patches for their current software version available here on our web page in the Users Area.
Data Pro uses online support software that is web based and thus doesn’t require our users to buy additional programs like PC Anywhere, or have a client server set up. With it we can connect to most computers simply Via a link in our Users Area.
It also entitles them to use of our Users Forum. Where they can ask questions and share practices with other Data Pro users.
For companies that don’t maintain a support contract with Data Pro we offer Phone support at a rate of $100.00 per hour minimum of $25 per call.
