Data Pro strives to provide the best technical Support for our customers.  And according to them we do very well at it.  We often have customers call use asking questions about other peoples software explaining that “the other vendors are just too hard to get a hold of”.

We offer customer maintenance and support contracts to all of our users. These annual contracts allow users to call with any questions they have about Data Pro software. It also entitle them to free updates and patches for their current software version. Updates with new features are posted several times a year if not monthly.

Data Pro uses online support software that is web based and thus doesn’t require our users to buy additional programs like PC Anywhere, or have a client server set up. We use it to make support as easy and painless for our clients as possible.

It also get them invited to our annual User Group. Where Data-Pro users from across the country come to meet, train, share ideas and to direct us on what new options or modules they would like to see in the software.

For companies that don’t maintain a support contract with Data-Pro we offer Phone support at a rate of $100.00 per hour minimum of $25 per call.
